About ialytics

Who we are

We’re a Cape Town-based data analytics and BI consultancy helping organisations turn information into clearer decisions.

Built on a simple belief: most teams don’t have a data problem — they have a clarity problem.

ialytics was founded to help South African businesses get more out of the data they already collect. Spreadsheets, cloud apps, point-of-sale systems, operational tools — the information is almost always there. What’s missing is a clean way to bring it together, ask the right questions of it, and trust the answers.

We work alongside finance, operations and leadership teams to unify their data sources, design dashboards that surface what actually matters, and build forecasting models that turn historical patterns into forward-looking confidence. We’re small, hands-on and senior — when you engage with ialytics you work directly with the people doing the analysis.

Senior, hands-on team

You work directly with the analysts and engineers on your project — no junior hand-offs, no layers of account management.

Built to last

We design dashboards and pipelines your team can maintain — not black-box systems that depend on us.

Outcomes, not outputs

Every engagement starts with the decision you’re trying to make. We work backwards from there.

Our mission

To help South African businesses make clearer, more confident decisions using the data they already have.

We believe good analytics should be practical, trustworthy and built for the team that has to live with it.

We started ialytics because too many BI projects end up as expensive dashboards no one opens. Our mission is the opposite: deliver work that gets used, decisions that get made, and a data foundation your team genuinely owns. Whether you’re cleaning up a messy reporting stack, building your first proper dashboard, or stepping into forecasting and predictive analytics, we meet you where you are and build forward from there.

Let’s start with a free 30-minute discovery call — no slides, no pitch, just a conversation about what you’re trying to figure out.
