This Privacy Policy explains how Ialytics (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses and protects information when you visit www.ialytics.co.za (the “Site”) or get in touch with us. We are committed to processing personal information lawfully and transparently in line with South Africa’s Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

What information we collect
We only collect personal information that you choose to share with us, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the Site:
- Contact form submissions: name, email address, subject and message you send us via the “Send us a message” form.

We keep enquiry information only for as long as we reasonably need it to respond to you and for related record-keeping. If our discussion does not lead to ongoing work, we will delete or anonymise the information within a reasonable period. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
Your rights
Under POPIA you have the right to ask us to confirm what personal information we hold about you, to correct it if it is inaccurate, to delete it, or to object to certain processing. To exercise any of these rights, email us at info@ialytics.co.za. If you believe we have not handled your information appropriately, you can also lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator of South Africa.
Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, however, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
